Refund policy

Our normal support hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm IST.

After placing the order, the customer can cancel the order within 24 hours if he/she wishes to by emailing us at support@cranza.in

In case payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.

We don't provide returns. We only provide refunds for the orders which are canceled.
